The seamless provision of hot water in seconds left us in awe, a thoughtful touch that added to our comfort.The buffet breakfast, a delightful assortment of flavors, fueled our adventures in Vietnam, setting a promising tone for the day. The friendly staff, fluent in English and Vietnamese, provided insightful guidance and created a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room and the lobby were blessed with efficient air conditioning, a welcome respite from the tropical heat. The property's attention to detail shone through in the amenities provided, from the plush bathrobes to the well-stocked minibar in the twin room.
